I prefer to max Perception and add in a reasonable amount of Luck.

Luck 2: Kind of a dump stat with this build. I've read about Savant builds, and Blood Mess for a bit of a damage bonus. However, I won't be using VATS a ton and try to do most of my sniping at long range, suppressed or from positions I can make a hasty exit. I keep seeing this build on multiple websites claiming to be the deadliest thing out there - the theory is that sneak + VATS + crits = sneak in room, obliterate everything on VATS, leave unnoticed bc everyone's dead. I'm completely new to the game and I would love to take this build for a spin.
